Job Summary

The operations role of MT on premises, off premises and emerging digital channel for sales operation to deliver profitable business for the company as well as for the customers by new outlets acquisition, aggressively acquiring competition customers as well as to drive execution according to set PICOS, agreed JBP points with customers and to increase SKUs availability and vertical penetration over the coverage segments.

Job Requirements

• To achieve yearly volume UCs and GSR absolute target and growth target
• Stills priorities expansion and vertical expanded growth
• To Influence in-store suggested ordering
• To influence in-store additional display consumer touch points
• To develop and monitor better services level and optimized routes.
• RED execution & monitoring based on channel PICOS and iRED survey
• On time consumer program activation and effective usage of POSMs
• Assist Routine business reviews, on time TTA agreements with pay for performance agreement and JBP signing with all key customers.
• On time JBP & TTA terms execution and monitoring
• To develop self through OJT, domestic training and BIG MT Academy

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in order processing, sales support operations (preferably in FMCG or distribution).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Able to drive both manual and automatic cars in Yangon.
• Must have the driving license.
