Job Description

  1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  2. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  3. Inform sales team of unforeseen delays or problems
  4. Assist in the checking stock and organizing of promotional material or events
  5. Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
  6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
  7. Entering order information into the company database
  8. Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products

Job Requirements

  1. Age :20-35 years
  2. Bachelor's degree or higher
  3. Fresh graduates can apply
  4. Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
  5. Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  6. A team player with high level of dedication
  7. Good computer skills (MS Office) and email
