  • Create and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for our cosmetic products.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team sales goals. Provide regular performance evaluations and coaching.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies effectively.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities. Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and meetings to increase brand awareness and expand the customer base.
  • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Organize training sessions for sales staff to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated, Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management within the cosmetics or related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading a sales team.
  • Strong knowledge of the cosmetic industry, products, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and EBS software.
