  1. Regular field visits for client hunting
  2. Maintain strong client relationships
  3. Promote ongoing apartment projects
  4. Participate in promotional activities
  5. Ensure regular client follow-up and documentation
  6. Self Interpersonal skills.
  7. Able to meet monthly/Quartely and Annual sales targets.
  8. Able to travel.

  1. Must be (3) Years experience in the related fiel. Certificate in sales preferred.
  2. Strong communication,negotiation skills,Presentation skill and problemsolving skills.
  3. Target-oriented and self-motivated
  4. Must have skill in MS Office (word,Excel,Power Point)
  5. Educational Qualification: Graduate
  6. Good Communication ,customer service and writing skills.
