Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our Cut & Bend service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our services to private construction companies, real estate developers, and managing tender processes for government infrastructure projects. You will act as a technical advisor, providing cost-effective solutions while maintaining strong professional relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion: Identify and engage with target construction sites, housing projects, and private developers to market and sell our Cut & Bend services.
Government Liaison & Tendering: Monitor government tender notices, prepare necessary documentation, and lead the tender submission process for public sector projects.
Technical Advisory: Analyze client structural drawings and provide expert recommendations on the most efficient and cost-effective bar cutting and bending solutions.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government engineers, department officials, and private clients. Conduct professional presentations to showcase our services.
Quotation & Contract Management: Prepare accurate cost estimations and quotations based on client requirements. Oversee the contract signing process and ensure all terms are met.
Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure timely processing of orders and supervise the delivery process to meet project schedules on-site.

Job Requirements

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in construction material sales or project sales is highly preferred.
Special Requirement: Solid understanding of government tender procedures and previous experience working with government agencies is required.
Skills:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting structural drawings.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Strong professional writing skills for formal proposals and documentation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct effective presentations.
Other: Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
