Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Support implementation and monitoring of sales execution standards across channels and regions
  • Assist in tracking execution KPIs and identifying gaps vs targets
  • Conduct market visits to assess compliance with sales standards (PICOS, Projects)
  • Support call analysis and execution tracking
  • Assist in planning and execution of sales projects.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, IT) for project delivery.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  • FIT Survey and score analysis (MIT Vs Sales) with DMS, PBI & Excel reporting.
  • Analysis and data verification of FIT achievement to support incentive roll out.
  • Prepare regular reports on execution performance, KPIs, and project updates
  • Analyze sales execution data (sales growth, visibility, promotion/ activation effectiveness)
  • Provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement
  • Collect market feedback and competitor insights during field visits
  • Identify execution gaps and recommend practical improvement actions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales execution

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Sales & Marketing Management or a related field.

Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in commercial functions, preferably in field sales, sales operations, sales performance, sales strategy, or sales technology.
  • Experience in project management is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of the FMCG market and field sales operations.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and processes to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency.
