To support our rapid expansion, we are urgently looking for a dynamic, results-oriented, and passionate Sales Executive to join our energetic team. Location, No.156, Second Thiri Avenue, Lower Kyee Myin Dine Road, Alone Township, Yangon.

  • Sales Generation: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by actively identifying and securing new business opportunities.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients (B2B/B2C).

  • Product Presentation: Present, promote, and sell the company's beauty products effectively to clients through presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.

  • Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new areas of growth.

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and operation teams to ensure smooth product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Diploma in Sales/Marketing is an advantage).

  • Experience: Minimum [1–3] years of proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably within the Beauty, Cosmetics, Wellness, or FMCG sector.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong presentation and closing skills.

    • Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

    • Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with social media sales channels.
