  • Assisting to Senior S&M Manager and S&M Manger.
  • Supervise the sales team and support.
  • Find new customers and strong connections with existing clients.
  • Provide detailed information about Golden Hill Tower's service and facilities.
  • Make sales calls independently and prepare proposals.
  • Consult existing customer complaints and report to Management.
  • Updating the sales call reports.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in sales for apartments, hotels, or residential properties.
  • Any graduate (preference for a degree/diploma in Business Administration or related field).
  • Experience in apartments, hotels, or hospitality, real estate.
  • Advanced English proficiency (4 skills)/ can speak Chinese
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
