Role Overview

We are looking for an Architect Project Sales Executive who will act as the bridge between TOA’s cutting-edge solutions and the creative visions of architects and interior designers. In this role, you will build long-term partnerships, influence design specifications, and ensure TOA products are the preferred choice in key projects across Myanmar.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with leading architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers.
  • Drive successful inclusion of TOA products into project specifications to achieve assigned targets.
  • Deliver and articulate TOA’s unique value proposition to design professionals, showcasing our innovation, durability, and sustainability.
  • Build and manage a robust project pipeline using a tracking tool, ensuring visibility and alignment with business growth goals.
  • Conduct impactful technical presentations, product demonstrations, and provide design/technical support to clients.
  • Gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and upcoming projects to help shape business strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Age: 25-35 years;
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Architects or Interior Design or Civil Engineering;
  • Experience: At least 2 or 3 years’ proven experience in Sales, Business Development or Specification with architects or designers (Decorative Paint, Coating or Building Materials Industry preferred)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills 
  • Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about design and construction industries
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders and convert relationships into successful business outcomes
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft Office 
  • Language: proficient in Burmese and English
  • A valid driver's license is required.
