Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing sectors (e.g., food, homecare, cosmetic, construction materials, etc.).
Promote a wide range of industrial and manufacturing machinery solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations based on client needs.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close profitable deals.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key industry partners.
Conduct client visits and provide product demonstrations and technical explanations.
Gather feedback on product performance and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely installation, training, and maintenance support.
3. Market Research & Strategy
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, and market trends.
Maintain an updated database of target industries, customers, and project leads.
Support marketing and promotional activities, including exhibitions, seminars, and industrial fairs.
Provide input for pricing strategy, promotional campaigns, and product positioning.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with technical, procurement, and service departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including pipeline status and forecasts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM or internal reporting systems.
Participate in internal meetings and contribute to strategic planning for business expansion.
