Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent about the product knowledge.
  2. Identify new customers and convert them into sales.
  3. Contact new and existing customers to discuss product requirements.
  4. Negotiate prices and terms with customers and Prepare quotation.
  5. Work to meet and exceed sales target.
  6. Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships
  8. Monitor competitor activities by gathering information on pricing, products, trends in the market.
  9. Prepare weekly, monthly sales and site visiting report.
  10. Received feedback and resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
  11. Making sure the items and price tag are displayed correctly in the showroom.
  12. Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry.
  13. Prepare quotation and product presentations to prospective clients. Manage month-end sales closing process.
  14. Other related duty and responsibilities as required.
