Must have the knowledge of the Marine and Industrial Coatings.
Generate new potential customers to increase our market share.
Provide a consultative sales solutions to owners and consultants through regular visits, follow-up and responding to enquiries to recommend and ensure our products are specified for the projects and create sales opportunities for the company.
Able to generate effective sales plans and innovative ideas to promote new products to the industry.
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
Monitor collection to ensure customer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
Co-operate with Customer Service & Warehouse to ensure timely delivery of items.
Follow-up on projects by coordinating and monitoring closely with project owners/clients to ensure our products are used and to achieve sales budget.

Job Requirements

Must be able to communicate in english.
Must have experience with the similar products or the similar industry.
Must be able to slove technical inquires related to the marine and industrial paints and coating procedures.
Must be able to communicate with lab managers in foreign countries to seek the product improvement and better solutions for the customers.
Initiative & Responsibility: acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results
Execution: adheres to company rules and procedures; executes plans with commitment and determination; achieves high quality results
