Job Summary
Sales Manager at Max Hotels Group will be responsible for generating hotel revenue growth through strategic sales planning, client relationship management, food & beverage outlets, and office rental spaces. This role drives occupancy and market expansion across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate, government, travel trade, and individual accounts.
  • Generate sales leads and convert prospects into long-term business partners.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities.
  • Explore opportunities for hotel room bookings, long-stay contracts, events, meetings, banquets, F&B promotions, and office leasing.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to maximize occupancy, event bookings, F&B revenue, and property leasing income.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Front Office, Reservations, F&B, and Marketing teams to optimize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account information, and pipeline reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
● Proven experience in hotel sales, contract negotiations, or account management.
● Strong knowledge of hospitality markets, corporate sales, and revenue generation.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
● Proficient in MS Office applications.
● Professional appearance and a customer-focused, service-driven mindset.
● Manager-level experience in hospitality sales is preferred.
