Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly Sales Targets and Collection Targets.- Identify and develop new customers and expand market coverage.- Lead, guide, and coach the Sales Team to achieve business objectives.- Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and sales opportunities.- Work closely with the Operations, Warehouse, and Finance Teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, Distribution, HoReCa, or Corporate Sales.- Candidates with previous experience in leading or supervising a Sales Team will be preferred.- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership Skills.- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.- Willing and able to actively work in the field.- Basic Excel and Sales Reporting skills.- Experience in the Myanmar market is preferred.
