•   Lead and support the sales team to achieve sales targets.
•   Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
•   Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer network.
•   Prepare sales plans, reports, and market updates.
•   Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

• Set sales targets, sales forecasts, and annual budgets

• Manage and follow up on public and private tender processes and attend tender meetings and marketing events

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in MBBS, B.Med.Tech (Laboratory), Medical Laboratory Science, or a related medical background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device / IVD / diagnostic sales and marketing
• At least 3 years of managerial or team leadership experience is preferred
•   Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
•   Self-motivated, responsible, and results-oriented.
•   Willing to travel when required.
