  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော Clients များအတွက်စျေးကွက်ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ရောင်းချခြင်းနှစ်ခုလုံးကိုစီမံခြင်း၊ စျေးကွက်စီးပွားရေးလမ်းကြောင်းနှင့်စျေးကွက်လိုအပ်ချက်များကိုစီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Medical Product များကို ရောင်းချခြင်း၊ ပို့ဆောင်ခြင်း ၊ တင်ဒါနှင့်စီမံကိန်းများတွင် ရောင်းချခြင်း များကို စီမံ ခန့်ခွဲ ရမည်။
  • Budget များကိုခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာခြင်း၊ နှစ်စဉ်ဘတ်ဂျက်အစီအစဉ်များကိုပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ အသုံးစရိတ်များ စီစဉ်ခြင်း နှင့် Sales team ၏အရောင်းရည်မှန်းချက်များကိုက်ညီမှုရှိစေရန် စီမံဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • Product နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည့် အရောင်းအစီအစဉ်အသစ်များ ကြော်ငြာအသစ်များ အကောင်အထည် ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။
  • ဈေးကွက်လည်ပတ်မှုများပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့်စျေးကွက်ရှာဖွေရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များအရေးကြီးသော clients များနှင့်ဆက်ဆံရေးကိုထိန်းသိမ်းထားရမည်။
  • Customer များ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့်လိုလားချက်ကို ကောင်းစွာသိရှိနားလည်ပြီး communication ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။
  • cash ၊ credit နှင့် ပတ်သက်သည်များကို လည်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲနိုင်ရမည်။

Job Requirements

  • M.B.B.S, B.D.S, B.E, B.Med Tech, B.N.Sc., B.Sc ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခုရရှိပြီးသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
  • ဆေးရုံသုံးပစည်းများ နှင့်ပတ်သက်ပြီး အနည်းဆုံး လုပ်သက် ၄ နှစ်ရှိရမည်။
  • ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာပစ္စည်းကိရိယာ၏နည်းပညာဆိုင်ရာ/လက်တွေ့ကျသောအသိပညာများကိုကောင်းစွာနားလည်သိရှိရမည်။
  • စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုများ၊ဆက်သွယ်ဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။
  • Communication, Presentation, Teamwork and Problem solving skill ရှိရမည်။
  • Language Skill ကို Intermediate Level (Myanmar and English 4 skills )တတ်ကျွမ်းရမည်။
  • IT Skill ကို Advance Level (internet, email, Microsoft Office and Network) ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ အချိန်မရွေး  နယ်ခရီးသွားနိုင်ရမည်။
  • လုပ်ငန်းလိုအပ်ချက်အရ ပြည်ပသင်တန်းများသွားရောက်နိုင်ရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးပါက ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ သတ်မှတ်ချက်နှင့်အညီ စာချုပ်ချုပ်ဆိုနိုင်ရမည်။
