Summary of Job :
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving smooth execution of the sales and operations process, coordinating with relevant stakeholders, especially PRISMM sales and marketing teams, Seagram Myanmar, and Pernod Ricard Singapore.
The incumbent will also lead the sales analysis function coordinating with the sales team the gathering and analysis of market information: sales, distribution, competitor’s data.
The incumbent will first be accountable for establishing the processes and ways of working associated with sales and operations.
Job Description :
- Establish process and ways of working linked to Sales & Operations
- Lead the Sales & Operations process: consolidate stocks needs for the sales team and produce stocks forecasts on a monthly basis liaising with PRS and SMM, go-to person for stocks enquiries for adhoc needs/promotions by the sales team, coordination and close follow-up of stocks availability, work out solutions to potential OOS issues, shipment delay, overstock issues, manage inventory of stocks and POSM.
- Lead Sales Analysis: update dashboards tracking sales, PVA and support the RSM in setting and monitoring sales targets
- Drive implementation of business tools and IT integration into relevant eco-system
- Support in Budget, LE exercises
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with admin tasks linked to A&P management and other adhoc operational tasks
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience
- Experience in liquor or FMCG industry is a plus
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Burmese
- Excellent command of Excel and Proficient with PowerPoint
- Familiar with database and softwares
