  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve given sales target by monthly, quarterly and annually.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive, and potential for new product and services.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing and after-sales services).
  • Well, understanding of product knowledges, brand information and customers behavior.
  • Educating, giving information and answer customers’ questions about specific products/services.
  • Demonstrates and explains product, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customers needs.
  • Retrieves products from sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and allocated shift.
