Responsible for managing and meeting the monthly KPI and Sales Target. 

Achieve monthly sales targets and assigned KPIs within the designated territory. 

Visit and manage assigned outlets regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution. 

Develop and maintain good relationships with retailers, customers, and other business partners. 

Identify and develop new outlets and business opportunities within the assigned territory. 

Take and follow up on customer orders and ensure timely coordination with relevant teams for delivery. 

Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, pricing, and customer feedback, and report relevant insights to the supervisor. 

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and relevant guidelines. 

Maintain accurate sales and customer records and update required information in the DMS. 

Support sales promotions, merchandising activities, and other company initiatives in the assigned territory. 

Perform other duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the Line Manager. 

Any bachelor's degree. 

Minimum of 1 year of experience in FMCG Sales or a similar field. Fresh graduates with strong potential may also be considered. 

Familiarity with DMS or sales-related applications is an advantage. 

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and retailers. 

Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets. 

Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory. 

Proactive, energetic, honest, and willing to learn. 

Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
