  • ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ အထည်အလိပ်ထုတ်ကုန်များကို မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချပြီး ဖောက်သည်များထံသို့ Door-to-Door အရောင်းသွားရောက်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • ရှိပြီးသားဖောက်သည်များ နှင့် ကောင်းမွန်သော လုပ်ငန်းဆက်ဆံရေးကို တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်း၍ ထပ်မံဝယ်ယူမှုများနှင့် ဖောက်သည်သစ္စာရှိမှု (Customer Loyalty) တိုးတက်လာစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • အထည်နမူနာများကို ဖောက်သည်များအား ပြသ၍ ကုန်ပစ္စည်း၏ အရည်အသွေး၊ အင်္ဂါရပ်များ၊ ဈေးနှုန်းများ နှင့် မှာယူပုံအဆင့်ဆင့်ကို ရှင်းလင်းတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • စီးပွားရေးအခွင့်အလမ်းသစ်များ ရှာဖွေရန် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအနှံ့ရှိ မြို့များနှင့် ဒေသများသို့ ပုံမှန်ခရီးထွက်၍ အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေဒေသများတွင် တစ်ပတ် မှ နှစ်ပတ်အထိ နေထိုင်၍ အရောင်းလုပ်ငန်းများ နှင့် ဖောက်သည်တွေ့ဆုံမှုများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • ဖောက်သည်များ၏ ဈေးနှုန်းတောင်းခံလွှာများ (Quotation) နှင့် အရောင်းအမှာစာများ (Sales Orders) ကို တိကျမှန်ကန်စွာ ပြင်ဆင်၍ Sales Manager ထံ တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေများ၊ ပြိုင်ဘက်များ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုများ၊ ဈေးနှုန်းပြောင်းလဲမှုများ နှင့် ဖောက်သည်တုံ့ပြန်ချက်များကို စုဆောင်းကာ အရောင်းမန်နေဂျာထံ အစီရင်ခံတင်ပြခြင်း။
  • လစဉ်သတ်မှတ်ထားသော အရောင်းရည်မှန်းချက်များ (Sales Targets) နှင့် စွမ်းဆောင်ရည်ရည်မှန်းချက်များကို ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
  • နေ့စဉ်၊ အပတ်စဉ် နှင့် လစဉ် အရောင်းအစီရင်ခံစာများကို အချိန်မီ တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • ကုန်ပစ္စည်းပို့ဆောင်မှုများ အချိန်မီပြီးစီးစေရန် နှင့် ဖောက်သည်ကျေနပ်မှုရရှိစေရန် အရောင်းဌာန နှင့် လုပ်ငန်းလည်ပတ်ရေးအဖွဲ့များ (Administration Team) နှင့် ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။

  • ရိုးသားကြိုးစား၍ ရေရှည်လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ရမည်။
