- သတ်မှတ်ထားသော **Sales Route** အတိုင်း နေ့စဉ်ဈေးကွက်အတွင်းသို့ သွားရောက်ရောင်းချခြင်း။
- Grocery၊ Mini Mart နှင့် Retail ဆိုင်များသို့ တိုက်ရိုက်သွားရောက်ပြီး **Customer အသစ်များ ရှာဖွေခြင်းနှင့် Product မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချခြင်း**။
- Van ပေါ်ရှိ ကုန်ပစ္စည်းများကို Customer များထံ တိုက်ရိုက်ရောင်းချခြင်း။
- နေ့စဉ်နှင့် လစဉ် **Sales Target** ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Regular Customer နှင့် Repeat Order များ တိုးပွားလာစေရန် Customer Relationship တည်ဆောက်ခြင်း။
- Customer လိုအပ်ချက်နှင့် ကိုက်ညီသော Product နှင့် Promotion များကို မိတ်ဆက်ပေးခြင်း။
- Van Stock၊ Sales Record၊ Cash/Collection နှင့် Customer Record များကို မှန်ကန်စွာ စစ်ဆေးမှတ်တမ်းတင်ခြင်း။
- နေ့စဉ် Sales၊ Collection၊ Stock လက်ကျန်နှင့် Market Feedback များကို Report တင်ခြင်း။
- ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ **Pricing, Discount, Stock နှင့် Cash Handling Policy** များကို တိကျစွာ လိုက်နာခြင်း။

Job Responsibilities Summary

- Visit the assigned **sales routes** and actively conduct daily sales activities in the market.
- Visit **grocery stores, mini marts, and retail shops** directly to develop business.
- Identify new customers and introduce and sell **M-Kitchen products**.
- Directly sell products from the sales van to customers.
- Achieve **daily and monthly sales targets**.
- Develop regular customers and increase repeat orders within the assigned sales route.
- Introduce suitable products and promotions based on customer needs.
- Check and maintain accurate records of **van stock and remaining inventory**.
- Accurately record **sales, cash/collection, and customer information**.
- Submit daily reports on **sales, collection, stock balance, and market feedback**.
- Follow company policies regarding **pricing, discounts, stock control, and cash handling**.

လိုအပ်ချက်များ

- အထက်တန်းအောင်မြင်ထားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။ Sales, Marketing, Business နှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ရာ Diploma/Certificate ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Sales, Van Sales, FMCG, Distribution သို့မဟုတ် Retail လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ အနည်းဆုံး ၁–၂ နှစ် ရှိသူ ဦးစားပေးမည်။
- Communication, Negotiation နှင့် Customer Relationship Skill ကောင်းမွန်ရမည်။

Requirments 
- Must have completed **high school or equivalent**. Candidates with a **Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field** will be preferred.
- Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in **Sales, Van Sales, FMCG, Distribution, or Retail** is preferred.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills**.
