2. Explain and sell OTC (Over-the-counter) medicines, cosmetics, health supplements, and other related products.

3. Provide basic explanations of product names, usage instructions, and benefits.

4. Maintain products in a clean and organized manner, and check the expiry dates of medicines regularly.

5. Record daily sales and reconcile accounts with the cashier.

6. Collaborate with the inventory team to update stock levels.

7. Handle and resolve customer complaints and queries.

8. Support sales through promotions and marketing campaigns.

English Version

• Any Bachelor’s Degree (Pharmacy background is an advantage).

• Preferably with experience in Retail Sales / Pharmacy Sales.

• Must have good communication and customer handling skills.

• Should possess teamwork spirit and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge, able to use POS System and MS Office.

• Must be able to work accurately and with attention to detail.

• Must be willing to work on a duty roster/shift basis.
