Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Manage and supervise sales operations for Solar Inverter, Solar Panel, Battery, and other solar energy products.

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers, Retail Shops, and Project Partners.

Identify and develop new sales channels or business partners.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely reports to management.

Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.

Evaluate team performance and provide training and coaching to improve skills.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team for promotions, exhibitions, and campaign activities.

Manage and support project-based sales operations effectively

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Management, Electrical Engineering, or Marketing).

Minimum 2 years of experience as Sales Supervisor or Team Leader in related industry.

Experience in Solar Energy, Electrical Equipment, or Renewable Energy business preferred.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and report preparation.

Willing to travel within the country for field visits and client meetings.

Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented personality.
