  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Drive audience acquisition, retention, and engagement through targeted campaigns.
  • Oversee performance marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, and events.
  • Manage the marketing budget and optimize ROI on all initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, sales, and product teams to support content launches, monetization strategies, and user growth.
  • Use analytics and consumer insights to inform strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to extend reach and influence.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in media, entertainment, or digital content industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, audience development, and brand strategy.
  • Experience with CRM, SEO/SEM, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
