Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Lead and manage the Sales Team to achieve the company’s sales targets
  • Maintain good relationships with Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers
  • Prepare and implement Daily / Weekly / Monthly sales plans
  • Monitor and evaluate Sales Representatives’ route plans, store visits, and coverage
  • Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions
  • Plan and execute promotion programs
  • Coordinate with Distribution and Warehouse teams to resolve stock availability, order flow, and delivery issues
  • Submit sales performance reports to management on time
  • Provide training, coaching, and motivation to the Sales Team

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in FMCG / Baby Products / Consumer Goods sales
  • Good understanding of distributor and retail channels
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead a sales team
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, sales reporting)
  • Willing to travel and able to perform field work
