- Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans
-Maintain and strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors and customers
- Conduct market surveys and competitor anlaysis
- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to team members/Beauty advisor
- Follow up outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
- Coordinate with other departments to support sales operations

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred)
- Strong Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good anaytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basis reporting tools
- Willingness to travel
