Develop and implement sales strategies for both department stores and general trade channels.
Lead and motivate the sales team to perform at their best
Manage distributor and retail relationships to ensure product availability and visibility
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Monitor market trends and activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Monitor KPIs and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure alignment with business goals

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, or a related field.
1-3 Years of sales experience; experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good understanding of distribution channels and retail market dynamics.
Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to top management.
Able to communicate in English; Thai language will be an advantage.
Must be able to commute to the office (located in Yangon, Thaketa).
