  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the GT channel.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase product penetration.
  • Expand distribution coverage by onboarding new outlets and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in all assigned outlets.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Experience in general trade sales, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
