  • ကုမ္ပဏီထုတ်ကုန်များကို တစ်ဆိုင်ဝင်တစ်ဆိုင်ထွက် (Door to Door selling) ရောင်းချရန် ပြည်နယ်အသီးသီးသို့ ခရီးသွားခြင်း။
  • အရောင်းခရီးစဥ်များတွင် အရောင်းသမား နှင့် ယာဥ်မောင်းတစ်ဦးကို ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
  • အရောင်းသမားများ ဖောက်သည်အားလုံးများသို့ ပုံမှန်ဝင်ပြီး ဖောက်သည် စာရင်းများကို မှန်ကန်စွာ လိုက်နာရန်အတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
  • ဖောက်သည်ဆက်ဆံရေးတည်ဆောက်ခြင်း၊ ဖောက်သည်အသစ်များကို ရှာဖွေခြင်း၊ အရောင်းပိတ်သိမ်းခြင်း (Closing Sales)။
  • ပြေစာများ နှင့် အရောင်းမှတ်တမ်းများ မှန်ကန်စွာဖြည့်ထားရန် စစ်ဆေးပြီး အတည်ပြုခြင်း။
  • ခရီးစဥ်အတွင်း ယာဥ်မောင်း၏တာဝန်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်ခြင်း၊ ခရီးစဥ်အတွင်း ဘေးကင်းပြီး အချိန် နှင့် တစ်ပြေးညီခရီးရောက်ရန်အတွက် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။
  • အရောင်းမန်နေဂျာထံ အရောင်း နှင့် စျေးကွက်လှုပ်ရှားမှု အစီရင်ခံစာများ ကို ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး တင်ပြခြင်း။
  • အရောင်း သတ်မှတ်ချက်များပြည့်မီရန် အရောင်းသမားများကို အားပေးလှုံ့ဆော်ခြင်း။
  • သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်ပယ်များတွင် အလုံးစုံရောင်းချမှုစွမ်းဆောင်ရည် (Overall Sales Performance) အတွက် တာဝန်ယူခြင်း။

Job Requirements

  • အရောင်းပိုင်းတွင်ကျွမ်းကျင်၍ အရောင်း Target များ ပြည့်မှီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ။
  • Sales plan, Way လမ်းကြောင်းများ ရေးဆွဲတင်ပြ အကောင်ထည်ဖော်ဆောင်နိုင်သူ။
  • Customer Data analysis, Sales Report များ ပြုလုပ်တင်ပြနိုင်သူ။
  • Sales Target များပြည့်မှီအောင်ရောင်းနိုင်သူ။
  • Offline Channel ကျွမ်းကျင်စွာ ဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်သူ၊ နယ်ထွက်နိုင်သူ။
  • Sales Team အား ကြီးကြပ်ပေးနိုင်သူ၊ သင်ပြဦး‌ဆောင်‌နိုင်သူ။
  • အထည်လိပ်လုပ်ငန်း စိတ်ဝင်စားသူ။
  • ဘွဲ့တခုခုရရှိပြီး ၊အတွေ့အကြုံ(၃)နှစ်နှင့်အထက်ရှိသူ။
  • အသက် 30 မှ 40အတွင်းရှိသူ။
