Student Admission Delivery and Supervision
• Communicate the admission targets, promotions and pricing to the Admission team
• Manage the Sales ground rules and distribute the leads to the team accordingly
• Hit the school admission targets in terms of number of students admitted, for every intake
• Ensure that every student admitted meet the admission criteria set by the school management
• Facilitate school visits and coordination with the other department of the school
• Monitor the timely follow-up on leads across the end-to-end sales funnel and that the sales team is compliant at updating the leads in the system in a timely manner
• Support the Admissions team members with their questions on how to handle exceptions as they arise and help individual to meet their sales objectives
• Facilitate productive communication between the Admission team and the other functions of the school
• Deal with any issues or problems that may arise and ensure that every prospect is treated fairly by the school
• Ensure that the school admission area is warm, welcoming, tidy and clean
• Keep abreast of all new products or changes related to the courses and ensure that all the Admissions team attends relevant training sessions designed to this effect Admissions & Marketing Collaboration
• Ensure that all leads for which the sales team is responsible are entered in the system
• Identify inefficiencies in the coordination between the marketing and the sales team with respect to the management of the leads for each channel owner in the marketing team
• Communicate to the management team some areas to improve the conversion of the leads Team Management
• Plan and lead admissions related meetings internally or with other functions / management
• Ensure consistency and best practice by assuring that the Admissions team is adhering to all Yangon American’s policies and procedures
• Support recruitment and training efforts to build a high performing Admissions
• Manage team performance and provide feedback to the team members on their performance
• Solicit HR support when required to manage performance, attitude or behavioral issues in the Admissions team
• Identify areas of improvement for each Admissions Consultant and support their training
