Job Summary
The project salesman is responsible for promoting and selling to construction projects, developers, contractors, architects, and consultants in Myanmar. The role focuses on project-based sales from specification stage through order completion, ensuring strong relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Develop and manage construction and real estate projects
• Promote sanitary ware to developers, contractors, architects, and consultants
• Get products specified in project tenders
• Prepare quotations and follow up orders
• Visit project sites and maintain customer relationships
• Coordinate deliveries and after-sales support

Requirements:
• Minimum two years project sales experience (sanitary ware/building materials preferred)
• Knowledge of the Myanmar construction market
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Myanmar language required; English preferred
