JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle all sales support operations including, but not limited to SC AUTO Singapore and Myanmar.

Update and maintain customer database including document management

Consolidate and generate weekly and monthly reports

Communicate and engagement with customers

Assist in Marketing activities & events such as roadshow, product launch etc

Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc

Work Closely with Singapore SC Auto Sales Team for

  • SC Singapore for sales order processing using Enterprise Resource Planning software,
  • Prepare submission of LTA inspection doc & registration of vehicles including delivery
  • prepare motor insurance & hire purchase loan query, processing & documentation
  • Communicate with insurance company & customers for insurance coverage
  • Handle customer enquiry, prepare quotations, contracts, invoices etc

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate with strong knowledge of sale & sale support sevice
  • Advantage Prior experience for Vehicles, preferably in Buses and Trucks
  • Aggressive and Pro-active to answer customer query
  • A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & self-motivation to get tasks done independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for the report
  • Able to communicate in English
