Job Description for Sales Admin Staff

  1. Manage and execute all ERP-related processes within the department
  2. Generate and analyze ERP reports, including: (A) Sales results by customer, by invoice, and customer transaction historY (B) Sales summaries by location
  3. Maintain effective communication and coordination with the factory team
  4. Oversee and control direct sales stock (IOLs)
  5. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements for Sales Admin Staff

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and PowerPoint
  2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills across all departments
  3. A collaborative team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
  4. Demonstrates a proactive and enthusiastic attitude toward work responsibilities
  5. Strong multitasking abilities and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Able to communicate professionally in English, both in writing (emails) and verbal interactions
