We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance and account department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial reporting, analysis, and management of our company's accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.

* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant accounting standards.

* Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled in a timely manner.

* Review, verify, and report on MED Section Receipts and Payments
* Manage Month-End Adjustments (prepaid, deferred THB, payables, and inter-company transactions)

- Transfer closing bank and cash balances to Head Office for adjustments
* Coordinate with internal and external auditors, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings. 

*  Lead the reconciliation of complex accounts, including bank statements, and inter-company transactions.

* Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, providing technical support and ensuring adherence to best practices.
* Other finance and accounting related tasks assigned by line manager

* A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a prerequisite for all applicants.
* A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional certification is highly valued. (Not mandatory)

* A minimum of four years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least two years in a senior or supervisory capacity.

* Proven experience in financial statement preparation, general ledger management, and financial analysis.

* In-depth knowledge of accounting software and systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, MIT, or Zero) is not mandatory.
* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.

* Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
* Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Proven ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
* A high degree of integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.
