Job Summary
Senior Accountant at Green Indo Myanmar in Yangon’s Mingalartaungnyunt Township. You will manage core accounting activities, support accurate reporting, and help ensure timely compliance across trading, distribution, and import/export operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
● Maintain accurate general ledger records and support financial statement preparation.
● Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow transactions.
● Assist with tax filings, statutory compliance, and audit preparation.
● Review supporting documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper approvals.
● Coordinate with internal teams on budget control, expense tracking, and reporting.
● Support process improvements to strengthen accounting efficiency and controls.

● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACCA/CPA holder preferred.
● Proven experience in accounting, preferably in trading, distribution, or import/export.
● Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
● Familiar with tax regulations, audit support, and basic compliance requirements.
● Proficient in Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
● Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
● Good organizational skills and a professional, collaborative attitude.
