Job Description

  • Maintain the general ledger. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and reconcile subsidiary accounts by verifying and posting transactions.
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures to improve internal controls and efficiency.
  • Supervise junior accountants/bookkeepers, reviewing their journal entries and providing training to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a university graduate (any degree).
  • Must hold at least an LCCI Level III (UK Diploma).
  • Must have experience in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word).
  • Experience using Accounting Software or ERP Software is required.
  • Must have a good moral character and integrity.
