A Great Opportunity for ...

Review and process daily employee expense claims and petty cash vouchers.

Maintain and organize a filing system for invoices and receipts based on sale orders.

Record incoming payments and apply them to the correct customer accounts.

Prepare weekly/ bi-weekly payment runs for management approval.

Ensure all financial transactions are entered into excel daily.

Assist in matching bank statements with internal records to ensure accuracy.

Job Requirements

B.com or any graduate, LCCI Level 3.

At least 3 years experience in any related field.

Proficiency in Email & Microsoft Excel.

Strong organization skills to manage multiple deadlines.

High Level of accuracy and attention to details.

Good team work and willing to work under pressure.
