Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Sales Support professional for our Agency Development - Sales Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive support to our dynamic team of insurance agents, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our agency operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the agency team, offering support to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
  • Execute tasks that enhance data accuracy, system efficiency, and overall administrative processes.
  • Facilitate eligibility checks and related administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Oversee and manage monthly reminders and updates related to license renewals, ensuring timely action.
  • Coordinate the distribution of campaign trackers across agent force, fostering effective communication.
  • Offer support for systems access and related general inquiries.
  • Contribute to a positive and responsive work environment by providing assistance as needed.
