Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and write the contents for digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create contents that resonates with local audiences and aligns with AIA’s brand voice.
  • Produce copies for internal communications, such as newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement materials and ensure that are clear, concise, and aligned with company goals and initiatives.
  • Assist in writing the press releases, speeches/ scripts, and other external communication materials to ensure that is consistent across all channels and aligns with the company’s PR strategies.
  • Ensure that all written content adheres to AIA’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all platforms. 
  • Assist the Marketing Communications team with ad-hoc copywriting tasks as needed.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Job Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in copywriting, content creation, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Specific Field (Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, etc)
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality content.
  • Ability to write in both English and Myanmar language is preferred.
