  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Burmese; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in public relations, government liaison, or communications preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; experience with social media or PR tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and professionalism
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, International Relations,Engineering or related field
