• Lead and guide a team to ensure best practices in SDLC are followed
• Proactive leadership and coaching to team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Provide innovative solutions for new requirements and for existing system enhancement and provide optimized solutions
• Involve in users requirements gathering/discussing process
• Provide system/application troubleshooting and improvement suggestions
• Design database tables and normalisation in meeting user requirements
• Identify application performance bottlenecks and implement measures for performance optimisation

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 2/3 years of experience in software development and maintenance support

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Solid proficient development skills in Microsoft technologies
• Strong knowledge of full stack solutioning in software architecture, data structures and algorithms across platforms
• Positive attitude with strong initiative to work independently, as well as across teams and departments
• Excellent analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
• Experienced in Responsive Framework like Bootstrap
• Willingness to work under pressure and tight schedule
• Able to work overtime when required to meet project timeline
• Prior exposure data science and machine learning concepts is a big plus
