-Research, plan and design building projects utilizing knowledge of design and programmatic applications, construction procedures, zoning, building and life safety codes, as well as building materials to achieve design excellence.-Manage the coordination and overall integration of technical activities in architecture or engineering projects.-Align and review on project design changes.-Consult or negotiate with client/owner to prepare project specifications.-Prepare budgets, bids, or contracts.-Present and explain proposals, reports, or findings to clients.-Review, recommend, or approve contracts or cost estimates.-Confer with management, site coordination, or commercial staff to discuss project specifications or procedures.-Develop or implement programs to improve sustainability or reduce the environmental impacts of engineering or architecture activities or operations.
-Lead/Hire/Develop Archi team.
-Do ad-hoc any work related jobs as necessay.

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Design or relevant working experiencces.
-12 Years + experiences in architecture or design with 12 years+ experiences with Senior Project Manager Level.
