- Event Planning & Execution: Coordinate the logistical setup and smooth operations of all corporate events, dealer meetings, and consumer roadshows.- On-Site Operations: Oversee the fabrication, setup, and dismantle of event booths, ensuring compliance with mall or venue guidelines.- Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate, and manage third-party suppliers, including AV providers, printing companies, and booth fabricators.- Inventory & Logistics Management: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure display products (appliances) and marketing collaterals arrive safely on-site.- Manpower Management: Brief and manage temporary event staff, promoters, and emcees to align with brand guidelines during live activations.- Budget Tracking: Manage event-related expenses strictly within the approved budget and compile post-event reports.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience running retail roadshows, product activations, or corporate events.- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to stay calm under tight deadlines.- Must be physically fit to oversee active event setups and flexible to work on weekends during live shows.
