Overall Responsibility
• Developing and implementing CRM strategies to drive Customer Acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
• Project Monitoring CRM platform integration & set up new features.
• Managing customer databases and utilizing CRM systems to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service, and technical support.
• Analyzing behavior to identify opportunities for improving Customer Engagement and Loyalty.
• Delivering the right message to the Right Consumer through CE, CVM and CRM communications.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as Brand Marketing, Sales, and others cross functional teams.
• Budget Management for overall CRM Team.
