Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Responsible for manipulating and investigating the database system issue and problems based on sales operation and warehouse inventory management data.
  • Responsible to analyze, maintain, upgrade and modify Integrated distribution operational system based on the sales operation requirements.
  • Responsible for helping and supporting users of the distribution system used by company operation as a first level support.
  •  Database administration for off the shelf and internally developed applications, ensuring continuous 24x7
  • Install, maintain, support, upgrade, patching of multiple databases of medium to high complexity
  • Build scripts automating the daily operations of database management
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or) Diploma in IT related field or Subject.
  • Minimum of 2 years progressively responsible experience with MS SQL server and database management systems.
  • Experience writing SQL and T-SQL queries to investigate issues to support company operation.
  • Having knowledge/experience in the distribution/FMCG industry would be an advantage. 
  • Able to communicate with foreign and local project members in the English language very well.
  • Excellent knowledge of database backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL.
  • Able to work within and after company operations working hour base on operation requirements working hours will be negotiable.
  • Should be willing to learn new technologies and be a self-starter 
  • Flexible working hours
  • Able to travel when there is a project.
