  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate and SME sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Develop and present customized fintech solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue goals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports in coordination with management.
  • Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business forums.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide timely pipeline updates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in fintech, banking, or digital services).
  • Strong understanding of fintech products and digital payment ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent in English and Myanmar; additional language skills are a plus.
