Develop channel/category and shopper-specific marketing plans aligned with brand positioning.
Translate customer and shopper insights into actionable strategies tailored to specific channels.
Conduct market research and audits to analyze product performance, market trends, and shopper behavior.
Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, trade margins, promotions, and channel strategies.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Group Marketing Teams, ensuring alignment with channel strategy.
Track sales volumes, revenues, and cost trends against forecasts and budget calendars.
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Department or Line Manager.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; Sales & Marketing qualifications preferred.
3–4 years of experience in a trade marketing or similar role.
Strong analytical skills – more than data entry; the ability to derive insights and actions.
Proven leadership in team development, training, and mentorship.
Excellent communication skills with strong business English proficiency.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
A proactive, energetic team player with a solution-driven mindset.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively under pressure.
Capable of fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
