A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Manage administrative job activities in a timely manner.
  • Assist the Campaign lead, such as organizing of events together with Campaign Teams
  • Assist the administrative lead with the sales staff’s travel arrangements and prepare department petty cash allowances. Record monthly expenditure allocation, utilization, and submission via the system.
  • Purchase & maintain office stationery, and liaise with the procurement team on vendor onboarding activities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree holder.
  • Shall have experiences at events preparation, budgeting and administrative works.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong personality and having skillsets of crowd management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
