● Design and develop engaging graphic assets for digital platforms, including: social media graphics, logo, branding materials for clients and BSV internal use.
● Collaborate with various departments within BSV to understand project goals and target audiences.
● Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into creative visual solutions.
● Conduct design research and stay up-to-date on current design trends and software.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently.
● Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas.

Job Requirements
● Minimum 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
● Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful design projects.
● Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
● Excellent understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
● Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to take direction and feedback constructively.
● Expertise in motion graphics is desirable but not a must.
