Creative conceptualizing and planning  

• Participate in Creative Conceptualizing with the team, generate ideas and visual concepts 
• Coordinate scheduling, workflow, and deadlines for multiple creative-related projects 

Creative development  

• Take overall responsibility for all online and offline creatives including social media design, layout design, illustrations, banners, certificate, photo retouching etc.  
• Ensure all creatives produced meets the brand guideline, a high standard of visual execution across all communication platforms and the deadline 

Delivering excellent result  

• Get creatives reviewed by manager and requestors to ensure they are satisfied with the work created 

Assisting the creative project which indirectly related  

• Assist with other creative-related projects such as photo shooting, as needed. Make sure appropriate events are being filmed, and take pictures when needed 

• Work with Marketing BP, Ambassador team in selecting appropriate supplier for the marketing material production (POSM, freebies, OOH and offline advertising materials)

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design or Art
• Basic Photography Knowledge
• Basic Video Editing Knowledge 
• Strong Portfolio of Design and Visual Creative 
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in design, graphic design, brand functionality at local or international organizations.
